This is an excellent example of my drawing process as I observe a dance company in rehearsal. Specifically, I am drawing the dancers of Black Label Movement, a company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and founded by artistic director Carl Flink. They are rehearsing a signature piece called “Wreck”. Thanks to David Hoh, the videographer who created this wonderful documentation.
